Denver´s historic Park Hill neighborhood, located just northeast of downtown, is sprinkled with quaint neighborhood shops, beautifully manicured parks, and boasts easy access to downtown, to Denver International Airport and to the major shopping and commercial districts of east Denver. Among the neighborhood’s major amenities is City Park, home to the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Developed in the 1880’s, the vast majority of Park Hill properties were built in the early-mid 20th century with magnificently classic architectural styles including the famous Denver Square, Colonial, Mediterranean and Queen Anne; many of which have been extensively renovated. The lovely mature trees lining all of Park Hill´s historic streets draw you in to this classic Denver community which truly has a home for everyone, including single business people, retirees, and young families.

The entire area is often referred to as Park Hill, however, there are three sub areas:

Northeast Park Hill – from Martin Luther King Blvd north to 52nd Avenue
North Park Hill – from 23rd Avenue north to Martin Luther King Blvd
South Park Hill – from 23rd Avenue south to East Colfax
